Customer Care
If you experience any problems shopping with McParlands, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help you as soon as possible and to resolve any issues or queries to your satisfaction. All items are brand new and subject to availability, and we will inform you directly of any known problems with stock availability, pricing amendments or delivery delays, to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is an error. If your goods are lost in transit we will arrange for new goods to be sent or a refund will be offered.
Making a Purchase
We accept payment through PayPal, most major credit and debit cards online or by phone, postal order or cheque made payable to ‘McParlands’ and posted to McParlands, 36-44 Monaghan Street, Newry, Co. Down, N. Ireland, BT35 6AA, along with a copy of your invoice. Please note that no goods will be dispatched until payment has been received.
By completing and submitting an order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither order confirmation, nor our taking payment in advance from you, indicates acceptance and if your order is ultimately rejected, a refund will be made immediately. The creation of the contract between you and McParlands will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are despatched by us to be delivered to the address you have given us.
In the event of goods ordered being unavailable, we may provide substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. Should you be dissatisfied and wish to return such substitute goods, McParlands will handle the cost.
Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges for the UK and the Republic of Ireland are clearly stated before checkout. If delivery charge information is not provided on the item details page or for International orders, please contact us for an individual quote. In exceptional circumstances additional charges may apply and details of these will be clearly marked on the product details page. We will contact you before accepting your order if there is a pricing error.

Discount may be available on multiple purchases. Please contact us for an individual quote when you place your order.
Warranties
Some items may have a manufacturer's warranty. If so, details of this will be outlined on the item details page and/or a written warranty will be included within the product packaging.
Delivery
Delivery will be by Courier or Royal Mail Monday - Friday. Courier deliveries are insured, tracked and require your signature on arrival. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, in good condition. If you will not be at home to accept delivery of your goods, or if you wish to make alternative arrangements, please let us know when placing your order. All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order.

International Orders
Delivery prices and terms quoted in these general terms and conditions are for delivery within the UK and the Republic of Ireland only. For delivery to offshore locations or international orders, we will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is delivered in the most economical and reliable way. If additional delivery charge information is not provided on the item details page, please contact us for further details.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note delivery times are only an approximation, and we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order. Should we be unable to fulfil the delivery time estimated with your order, we will inform you to make other arrangements or to refund any monies paid as appropriate. If your item does not arrive within our estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the day after you place your order.

Returns Policy
At McParlands, we want you to be happy with your order. However in the unlikely event that you receive goods that are not of satisfactory quality, do not fit the description or are unfit for purpose, you have the right to cancel. Should you wish to cancel your purchase with McParlands, please follow the simple procedure below:
Returns Procedure
Inform us in writing, by email, fax or letter of your wish to cancel the order within 7 working days from the day after you receive delivery of the goods. Please provide your contact details, proof of purchase, state the reason(s) for return, and whether you would like to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note as appropriate. We will then contact you to mutually agree a resolution. Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
Return the goods to us within 7 working days, complete with the original packaging and a copy of the delivery note, to McParlands, 36-44 Monaghan Street, Newry, Co. Down, N. Ireland, BT35 6AA. Take reasonable care of the goods and repackage them for a safe return. Please note that you must pay for the return postage costs, unless the goods are faulty or we delivered them to you in error. Please return the parcel by the same/most similar method by which it was delivered to you, and ensure you have proof of postage from the Post Office. If you have not returned the goods within 21 days we will arrange recovery of the goods and you will be charged the direct costs of doing so.
If you have not yet received delivery of your order and wish to cancel, McParlands will offer you a full refund as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days after the date of cancellation. However if your order is already in transit, you will still have to accept delivery of the goods and return them at your own cost, by following the returns procedure above.
Faulty Goods
If goods are received faulty or develop a fault within 6 months of purchase you may be entitled to a refund, free repair or replacement as appropriate. McParlands reserve the right to arrange a manufacturer’s inspection to prove a fault. If the goods are delivered faulty or damaged, you must follow the returns procedure above. McParlands will pay the return postage costs of faulty goods.
Refunds
If you wish to cancel your purchase before receipt of delivery of your goods, or if you receive delivery of faulty goods, McParlands will offer you a full refund. This will be given as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days after the date of cancellation of your order. Refunds in any other circumstance, will be given at our discretion. If goods returned are not in resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

At McParlands we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act and PCI Data Security Standards.
We collect information from you when you submit an enquiry, visit our site to register or place an order, call us for information and send us an email. The information we may collect is your name, company type, address and email address, telephone and fax numbers. We do not store financial details such as credit or debit card numbers.
We use the information we collect about you in order to take and fulfil your orders and requests and to improve the service we provide. Apart from when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (with PayPal payment gateway for example), we will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
